Attainable housing eligibility is determined using the income limits for a four-person household, regardless of how many individuals are applying for or living in the apartment.


(80%) Income between $62,400-$83,200. Floor plans ending in “C”

(160%) Income between $83,201-$166,400. Floor plans ending in “B”

(Market) Income exceeding $166,401. Floor plans ending in “A”


To determine eligibility, income is assessed based on gross annual earnings. Applicants are required to submit their two most recent consecutive pay stubs as part of the verification process.
